What is Parent Coaching?
Whether in a group, couple, or 1:1, parent coaching provides a judgment-free space to unpack what's really going on : in your family, your relationships, and yourself -- and what to do about it.
Parenting coaches provide guidance, education and accountability, allowing families to create their own empowered parenting model.
There is no fixing, prescribing or diagnosing.
Our goal is to provide a supportive space, where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Approach
The parent coaching program is a 6 or 12-week journey that will be tailored to your family’s needs.
Individuals, couples and co-parents are welcome.
Each week you will gain practical knowledge, tools and strategies backed by science, and applicable to real-life.
